¿What is Rumblah?Fighting game engine to be programmed in Adobe Flash. That will let you create original content such as characters, backgrounds, etc.
Currently it is on a closed-Beta stage where those interested can join the Beta-team at Rumblah.com. For those that don't know anything about Flash you can also have some original content by using Rumblah's ShortFuse! add-on.
